When you see the BMW 3 Series, you know you are getting a mix of sporty and elegant design. With its standard 18-inch V-spoke, bi-color orbit grey wheels, available Extended Shadowline exterior trim, and 10 color options, the 3 Series lets you show your style.

Looks aren't everything, though. On the 3 Series M340i xDrive trim, the 3.0L BMW M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder engine brings thrills to your drive the second you hit the gas with 382 horsepower.

Additionally, the 3 Series 330e xDrive's engine features hybrid technology. As the driver, you have the power to choose how your 3 Series performs. With the standard 8-speed Sport Automatic transmission, you can choose between Sport and Manual shift modes. Sport mode allows for enhanced performance by taking advantage of the 3 Series' engine. For a more tactile drive, Manual mode simulates driving with a manual transmission, which generates a more tangible feel.

As seen above, the gas mileage varies depending on the 3 Series model you're driving. If you're looking to drive the most fuel-efficient model available, the 330i is your best bet. However, the appeal of the M340i still makes for generous fuel efficiency.

All versions of the 3 Series except the 330e and 330e xDrive feature a fuel tank capacity of 15.6 gallons. Meanwhile, the hybrid versions include 10.6-gallon fuel tanks. With the fuel efficiency found in the models above, you'll go the distance with fewer stops along the way.
