  • Wayne Youngblood
    General Manager

    Wayne Youngblood is a born and raised Motor City native with a love of all things automobiles. After graduating from Wayne State University in 1975 with an Accounting and Finance degree, Wayne started his automotive career with Wood Motors Mercedes-Benz in 1976.


    Wayne then joined the Eitel Dahm Motor Group at our Bavarian Motor Village BMW location in 1981 where he assisted Eitel Dahm in the acquisition of the Audi, MINI and Porsche franchises.

    Over the years, Wayne has served as a Sales Advisor, Sales Manager, General Manager and has helped to coordinate many of our facility construction projects.


    One of the nicest people that you will ever meet in a dealership, Wayne is always around with a smile on his face.

    Married to his wonderful bride Belinda since 1978, Wayne enjoys time spent with his daughter Kirsten and granddaughter Isabella.  His hobbies includes….Golf, Motorcycles and CARS, CARS, CARS!

  • Mary Anne Curcuru

    Mary Anne has joined the BMW of Rochester Hills Team in an effort to coordinate all our personal services.  Mary Anne will handle all  BMW of Rochester Hills returning lease and finance customers through a simplified processes exclusive to BMW of Rochester Hills.  Mary Anne will also lead our efforts to provide an exceptional customer experience when using the World Wide Web to gain valuable information to help our client make a wise purchasing/leasing decision. 

  • Matthew Vazana
    Sales Manager

    Matthew joined the team here at BMW of Rochester Hills as our New Vehicle Sales Manager in November of 2012. Matthew brings over 25 years of automotive passion and retail experience to the Eitel Dahm Motor Group with an extensive background managing in the Exotic, Luxury and Premium segment of the automotive arena. A breath of fresh air, Matthew's smile and excitement here on the BMW showroom is sure to grab your attention.

    Matthew and his family reside in Rochester and are active in the local community here in the Rochester and Shelby Twp. area. With two daughters enrolled in the Rochester school district and active in skating, lacrosse and RSC soccer, you may run in to him at the local Onyx ice rink or the fields at Ultimate Soccer & Stoney Creek H.S.

  • Eric Lang
    Certified Pre-Owned BMW Sales Manager

    Eric joined Bavarian Motor Village in 2006 originally at our Eastpointe location; he was promoted to the Shelby Twp. location after a few years where he currently holds the position of Pre-Owned Manager.


    Eric has been recognized by BMW over the years with many awards, most recently with the BMW podium award given to the top dealership professionals in North America.


    Eric and his wife have been married for 23 years, are blessed with four wonderful children and reside in the St. Clair area.


    His favorite statement is "I LOVE WHAT I DO"      

    As the BMW Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Eric understands the expectations of the BMW customer.  For many people a Certified Pre-Owned BMW is their first experience with BMW.  Eric understands this and he will go above and beyond to make certain everything is perfect. 

  • David de Haan
    Business Manager

    David de Haan has over 18 years of automotive sales experience with his last 8 years with BMW.  David has held the position of New Vehicle Manager and Business Manager.  As the Finance Director, David understands your expectations and how to make your purchase or lease experience the best it can be.  David is a Platinum Level Certified Manager with BMW.

    David is married and has a daughter whom ice skates competitively with the Crystallettes Synchro Team out of Dearborn.  Outside of family and work, David is an avid Formula One fan and has recently begun a running career. 

  • Richard Bell
    New Vehicle Client Advisor

    Richard brings to BMW of Rochester Hills over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with time spent in sales and management positions for Bentley, Lamborghini, Lincoln and Rolls-Royce.

    Richard is very passionate about vehicle performance and he is looking forward to awakening the M culture here at BMW of Rochester Hills. He specializes in driving and track events so be sure to ask him about some of the events and memorable drives he has put together for past clients.

    Richard and his family reside in Sterling Heights where he has a daughter attending Henry Ford II H.S. & another off at MSU for college. In his down time, Richard can be found shooting Sporting Clays, "raising his voice" at competitive cheerleading for his youngest daughter or cheering her on at track & field meets every spring. Richard also takes great pride in his pizza oven and can whip up one of the best pies in town.

  • Tonya Murray
    New Vehicle Client Advisor

    Tonya Murray joined the BMW of Rochester Hills team in December of 2014 with over 5 years previous automotive sales experience in addition to 17 years spent in real estate sales.  Tonya was born & raised here in Metro Detroit & currently resides in Sterling Heights with her 2 dachshunds, Calvin & Evy. 

    In her spare time Tonya volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and  is a fan of both the Detroit Lions & Red Wings. Tonya also enjoys writing comedy and you might see her performing stand up around town. 

  • David Griffin
    New Vehicle Client Advisor

    David Griffin  was born and raised in metro-Detroit and brings to us over 35 years of retail management experience with Sibleys Shoes, Syms Clothing, and Burlington.

    David started his automotive career in 2013 and joined our BMW team in August of 2014, quickly becoming one of our top Client Advisors in both volume and customer satisfaction.

    When not here at BMW of Rochester Hills, David fills his time on the local bike trails and volunteering with the Parade Company Clown Corps.

  • Joseph Karim
    New Vehicle Client Advisor

    Joseph Karim joins our team after a successful 3 years spent with a local Acura dealership. Excited to move to the BMW brand after having owned and driven BMW's for years, we welcome his passion for the brand and knowledge of the car business.


    Joe was born and raised in the Metro-Detroit Area and in 2014, after 10 years in Retail Banking and the Mortgage Industry, made the transition to Automotive Retail Sales to answer his true calling and interest for performance automobiles. A calming presence, Joe goes out of his way to make sure that the purchase of your dream BMW is an exceptional experience.


    When Joe is not at BMW of Rochester Hills he enjoys playing and watching anything sports related, as well as spending time outdoors with his loved ones. Always on the prowl for information, Joe loves reading all of the auto magazines to stay current on the competitive makes and performance cars.

  • David Ugorowski
    New Vehicle Client Advisor

    David grew up in Metro Detroit with a passion for BMW and the automobile industry. He began working for the Eitel Dahm Motor Group in 2005 as a Client Advisor for Bavarian BMW and Motor City MINI.  In 2007, David began traveling with BMW North America as a Product Specialist where he represented the brand at various auto shows and events throughout the US. After 10 years of representing the BMW brand, he is happy to be back in sales with BMW of Rochester Hills & the Eitel Dahm Motor Group.

    David is a graduate of Oakland University with a degree in English. He is an avid skier, golfer, bowler and a proud pet parent to a Great Dane and German Shepherd. 

  • Erick Grabruck
    Pre-Owned Client Advisor

    Erick has been with Bavarian Motor Village since 2003. The first 6 years Erick primarily sold certified pre-owned BMW's out of our Eastpointe facility, which is where it all began for Eitel back in the 1970's.  In October of 2009 Erick was asked to transfer to our Shelby Twp. location to sell both new and used BMW's as a Certified Client Advisor.  It has been a great transition to this location for Erick and he has been able to keep most of his Grosse Pointe and east side clientele. 

    Erick resides in the Grosse Pointe Community and when he is not here hard at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, ages 5 and 2 years old.  Erick has a degree from Michigan State University and is a very proud Spartan, closely following both the football and basketball programs. 

    Erick's passion for cars and performance is what first brought him to this business & his knowledge of BMW is sure to impress. Also, make sure to ask him about his personal BMW vehicle.

    Pre-Owned Client Advisor (Frank Sandomierski)

    Frank joined our BMW team in 2009 and has been in retail automotive sales and management since 2002. Frank holds BMW certification as both a New & Pre-Owned Client Advisor here at BMW of Rochester Hills and is one of our "go-to" product specialists when we have a challenging question.


    Frank is very active in his community church and has been on the church board for 7 years.  Married to his first love for over 25 years with 2 beautiful children, his daughter attends Oakland University and his son is a Lance Corporal serving in the U.S. Marines. 

    Frank is a dedicated Detroit Lions fan and still believes they will win the Super Bowl in his life time.

    Vince Olsen is a recent addition to our team and we are happy to have someone with his automotive experience and background here to assist our clients.

    A Rochester local, Vince and his family have lived in the area for over twenty years. He and his wife Viv have two sons that graduated from Rochester Adams and they are very active in the community. An avid golfer, you may see Vince out on the links on any given Sunday sneaking in a round or two.

    Cars have been in Vince's blood for many decades. Starting in the family body shop in the 1970's Vince has been exposed to many facets of sales, management and service in the automotive business. Vince can bring value to your transaction with his vast understanding of the retail car industry and is eager to be of assistance.

    Service Manager

    Don has the most difficult task in the building.  Service and maintenence like going to the doctor is nothing you look forward to.  Don has responsibility of making certian his staff is compasionate and sensitive to your needs to make sure that everything on our end goes well and the guest is served properly.  Don has over forty years experience in the Service & Parts end of our business, eight of those years he acutally turned a wrench as a technician!  Don has spent twelve of those years with the BMW brand, five of those years here at BMW of Rochester Hills.  Don has a strong work ethic, having a background as a technician, fixed right the first time is very high on his priority list.  When Don's not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, boating is one of his favorite ways to unwind and relax.  We have a great service team that consists of good people that strive to do well at their position.  There is always room for improvement.  With MINI moving to their new location in Southfield, we will be renovating BMW of Rochester Hills and in the process we will be adding staff and with the extra space we expect to improve our capacity and service to our customers.     Mike Wilson has been part of the Eitel Dahm Motor Group for over 30 years!  He has opened the doors with Eitel, he knows the BMW Brand better than any Parts Manager in the State of Michigan. He has the current knowledge and past history on the BMW Brand to answer the most difficult questions.

    There's a reason why and how you can work for an individual for this long.  There are several long term co-workers that will make the same statement.  Eitel values his people and customers, he understands that they are the face and success of his business.

    When I'm not at work, my son and I enjoy all motorsports and racing.  I attend all the car shows, and I actually enroll my own cars in these shows.  My passion is motorsports.  The BMW Brand, the engineering and technology is ever changing which helps me keep the interest in what I do.

    Wholesale Parts Manager

    Don has been in the automotive parts business since 1975, he joined Bavarian BMW when they opened the doors at the Shelby location( now BMW of Rochester Hills).  Don has been an key part of our Parts Department for over 12 years.  Don's primary responsibility is taking care of our Wholesale Customers.  His tenure with BMW offers in depth knowledge on both current model parts inquiries as well as those older vehicles that are still alive and well on the road.

    Like many others, I enjoy working for Eitel because Eitel has a level of respect for people and our business that I have heard over and over again, difficult to find.  I am married and we have successfully raised three children, my wife and I  are now the benefactors of two wonderful Grandchildren.  I find my peace close to the water, I love to fish and I am looking forward to those moments you see on television with Grandpa baiting a hook with the grandchildren.

    Tim has started his career with Eitel Dahm and has had a wrench in his hand and his head under the hood of a BMW for over 20 years.  As our Shop Foreman and Manager, he oversees the quality of our work and assists our technicians in solving difficult issues as our laison to BMW engineering and field staff.

    Mike has over 17 years of experience dealing with customers of the Service Department, 9 of those years here at Bavarian BMW!(now BMW of Rochester Hills).  Unlike a lot of dealerships, it's nice to see the same faces in the service drive when you have to make that service visit.  Mike is a valuable part of our team here at Bavarian.  In a better effort to service our customers, we will be increasing our capacity by over 40% and adding staff to better serve our guests.

    I enjoy working for Eitel Dahm and BMW of Rochester Hills.  Like many others that have been here for a while, there's a reason, Eitel appreciates his people and his customers.  I am joined by my wife and two children.  When I'm not at work, I spend time with my family.  We enjoy all types of sports activities, my favorite of course...Go Wings!

    Office Manager

    Tracey joined the Eitel Dahm Motor Group at the Eastpointe facility back in 1999 which at that time housed both BMW and Audi Brand.  Tracey is responsible for making sure all the work done here at Bavarian BMW is accounted for and allocated properly on the books.  Our Receptionist and Cashiers also report to our Office Manager.  If we fall short of your expectations, or have any suggestions on how we can improve our processes, please let us know.  You may notice that Tracy is not alone, there are many other people associated with Bavarian BMW that have worked for Eitel Dahm for many years.  This demonstates the respect that Eitel has for his people, his business is based on people and their families.  

    I have been married for 15 years, we have a 9 year old daughter and two dogs! She keeps us busy, she is involved in "dance" and I am a leader for her Girl Scout Troop.  We are very involved in our church, and when we find time to escape, we like to pack it up and head to our inlaws lake home for some fishing and water sports.  We spend a lot of time away from our familys for work, I feel fortunate to work for Eitel for so many years.

    Brittany joined the team here at Bavarian BMW in 2006 as a Service Coordinator in our Service Lane.  Her talent was recognized by the Service Manager and she was promoted to a MINI Brand Service
    Advisor in 2007.  Brittany held that position until her daughter Hayden needed more attention, Brittanys value to the organization was appreciated and she was moved to her current position as Warranty Administrator.  The hours are much more condusive to family life.  Brittany does a great job for us here at Bavarian BMW, and like many other associates here, her seven years with the organization is fairly typical.

    I enjoy working for the Eitel Dahm Motor Group.  You see Eitel in the store everyday.  He knows everyone by name, he appreciates his people and values them as the face of his business.  I appreciate them adjusting my position here which allows me to spend more time with my daughter Hayden and my two dogs.  I enjoy spending time with my family when I'm not at work, but I do look at my co-workers as my extended family and I consider myself very fortunate to work with such a great group of people.
